Chennai Super Kings had started their campaign in great style by winning their first two matches of IPL 2024, but after two consecutive defeats from Delhi Capitals and now Sunrisers Hyderabad, the team has definitely suffered a setback. CSK is at third position in the points table after winning 2 out of 4 matches. CSK's net run rate is better than other 4 teams (Lucknow, Hyderabad, Punjab and Gujarat), due to which the team remains at the third position.
