He came near Kohli and touched his feet. After this, the fan hugged Kohli. Security personnel also came running after the fan and caught him and took him back. It is worth noting that earlier too many of Kohli's fans had come to the field in this manner. When a fan did this in the second T20 against Afghanistan in January this year, the police arrested him.
Talking about the match, RCB won the toss and chose bowling against PBKS. RCB restricted Punjab to 176/6 and then hoisted the winning flag by making 178/6 in 19.2 overs. Kohli made many amazing records in the match. He has become the first Indian batsman to score 100 fifty plus scores in T20 cricket. He has played 51st half-century innings in IPL. He is the player with the second highest number of fifties in the Indian League. He overtook Shikhar Dhawan, who has scored 50 half-centuries. Kohli has crossed the mark of 650 fours in IPL. He is the second player to reach this.
